What a terrible shopping experience! I placed my order a month ago and still haven’t received it! I’m really let down and wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone!!! I ordered the Pediakid sleep syrup on November 10th, with order #36315. On the 16th, I got an email saying my item was on its way and I should expect it in a few days! But then, a few days later, I got another email apologizing for the delay, saying I’d get it by December 1st! Here we are on December 13th, and I haven’t heard a peep! I tried reaching out on WhatsApp to get some updates or a refund since I want to buy it from a more reliable seller, but I got blocked and was told I’m not educated! This is just nuts! You guys didn’t keep your word! Just be honest and say it’ll take months to deliver, and let people decide if they can wait or not!! My little princess is having a tough time sleeping, always in a bad mood. The doctor recommended this syrup to help both her and me, and I haven’t had a decent night’s sleep in over six months!! Honestly, I’m really unhappy with your service! I asked politely for another one to be sent or for a refund because waiting another month is just not doable for me or my daughter! I don’t have the extra cash to buy another one!

One of the bottles in the case arrived shattered during shipping. I reached out to the store, but they blocked me and refused to resolve the issue. I sent them a photo as proof, but instead of helping, they threatened to send me a legal letter. I’m never buying from them again. It’s absurd! They claimed I got my order on 12/2/2022, but the reality is I received it on 12/8/2022 via UPS. Up until 11/30/2022, the shop messaged me saying they were still waiting for the product to arrive and would ship it that week. Now they’re saying I got it on 12/2/2022? Just two days after they told me the shipping was delayed? Avoid this store at all costs. They even emailed me, trying to intimidate me into deleting this review. I have proof from UPS showing I received my items on 12/8/2022. They claim to have customer service, but that’s just not true. From my first email until now, aside from the threatening message, no one has reached out to see what’s really going on. Nobody has tried to resolve the issue. They just send you a letter accusing you of fraud to scare you into silence. When you speak the truth, they twist the narrative and call you a liar. I paid full price for the products and the international shipping fee, expecting to wait three weeks for my order.
